Yay, it’s “Thirsty Thursday”!

Today’s post features ONEHOPE’s newest varietals: Central Coast Reserve Rosé & Central Coast Reserve Riesling!

When you choose ONEHOPE’s Central Coast Reserve Rosé, every bottle educates 100 women on their risk and the symptoms of ovarian cancer.

Tasting Notes:
Fresh aromas of summertime watermelon and cherry lead this wine. The palate is weighted and finishes clean and crisp. Central Coast Rosé blend is dominated by Mourvèdre. This grape expresses itself in Rosé with watermelon, cherry, and hints of green strawberry. A touch of skin contact adds weight to the palate giving way to an ambrosia of fresh fruit, scented lavender and juniper.

Pairing Suggestions:
• Watermelon kebabs
• Strawberry Salad
• Grilled pork chops
• Manchego cheese

When you choose ONEHOPE’s Central Coast Reserve Riesling, every case funds six weeks of a child’s literacy education through Room to Read.

Tasting Note:
Aromatic layers of honeysuckle and stone fruit followed by a touch of minerality. The finish is dry with high acidity. An expressive Riesling with layers of white flowers and a hint of white nectarine. The wine is quenching with hints of minerality and crushed lime zest. The bright acidity is followed by a dry clean finish.

Pairing Suggestions:
• Thai cusine
• Asparagus and lemon tart
• Crispy fish tacos with aioli
• Triple cream cheese with honeycomb and nuts
